Community Reverse-Monitoring Pannel

Our Community Reverse-Monitoring Panel puts power into the hands of the people we serve. Made up of local residents, youth leaders, and former participants, these panels provide independent, grassroots oversight of our work. By evaluating our practices and accountability structures, panel members help ensure that TRACE remains deeply responsive to local norms, concerns, and lived realities. We see this not just as scrutiny, but as a vital partnership — one that keeps us grounded, transparent, and truly community-led.

Partner Organisations

Partnerships with local organisations are at the heart of what we do. By working together, we are able to build holistic support networks that respond to the full spectrum of participants’ needs. Our partners play an active role in shaping our practice, contributing to interventions, and fostering environments where individuals feel safe, supported, and meaningfully connected to diverse cultural, spiritual, and ideological perspectives. We deeply value the expertise and care that community organisations bring — and we believe that lasting change is only possible when we create it together.

We also want to be clear: there’s no small print, no hidden obligations — and we will never ask you to do anything you’re not comfortable with. Partnership with TRACE is built on mutual respect, trust, and choice.

1

Considering a Partnership?

Here’s what that looks like

Complete Interest Form

Start by completing this short form. Tell us a bit about what your organisation does. Don’t worry — there’s no expectation to run workshops or take part in interventions. This just helps us get to know you better.

2

Have a Chat

Once we receive your interest form, we’ll be in touch to arrange an informal conversation. It’s a chance to explore how we might work together to support and safeguard communities. We’ll talk about your expertise, what we can learn from you, what we can offer in return, and answer any questions you may have.

3

Help Safeguard

Once the details are finalised, we’ll begin working together to build safer, stronger communities — supporting individuals to recognise harmful patterns and empowering them to turn those behaviours into positive, meaningful change.
